We at the other song clinic do not want you to be left out of medicines. We have an advance facility wherein you can deposit advance at our clinic and get a regular supply of medicine during all emergencies. This advance can be used for your family, friends and relatives too.

The clinic follows a NO CREDIT POLICY. The next follow up appointment / medication delivery will not be done if any outstanding dues are reflected against your name.

The other song follows the following refund policy:

• If the appointment is cancelled one month prior to the date of appointment you will be refunded 100% amount.
• If the appointment is cancelled between 20 days to 30 days prior to the appointment you will be refunded 70 % amount.
• If the appointment is cancelled between 10 days to 20 days prior to the appointment you will be refunded 50 % amount.
• If the appointment is cancelled between 05 days to 10 days prior to the appointment you will be refunded 25 % amount.
• No refund will be given if the appointment is cancelled 05 days prior to the appointment.

Refund would be 100% in cases where the appointment is cancelled due to:

• Death of the patient
• Medical emergency that requires admission in a hospital
• Natural disaster / calamity

We have a medical relief policy for non affording patients. You can check our financial aid program at the reception/ front desk and if you will qualify for the financial assistance you will need to present supporting documents as informed by the front desk to avail the financial aid program.
